This place is decent if you not have to ask for assistance, customer service is minimum, that's as far as it goes, i made special oder for doors and they constantly tried to sell me something that would not work in the home project. 3 trips later, special order comes in.... incorrect measurements.... good grief! Where are the people who care for their position in the work place....

THIS MENARD'S IS WELL STOCKED AND ENTERTAINING!! I was entertained and pleasantly overwhelmed at the vast array of selections - from household items, fixtures, paints and even groceries - I was Truly Impressed with the stock of WATKINS PRODUCTS AND EVEN MORE THE SELECTION OF SPRAY PAINT WAS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I came there as a last resort for a specific spray paint, I had gone prior to Home Depot, yet their supply while nice, but limited... Menard's was mind blowing - a Whole New World of the slightest variation of shades. which was a HUGE difference in getting the exact color... Mine is 'Laurel Green' the PERFECT MATCH - I'm so proud that I didn't settle, and came to Menard's Jehovah God Is Good!! :D

I had the worst experience ever at this Menards....they call the police on us, because we caught the store associate changing the price tag after and merchandise was misplaced. I will never shop at this store again. They are extremely racist and corrupt at this store. If you come to this location and see a price error they will call the police 🚔 on you before making any accommodates. I caught their associate changing the merchandise and price around after I went to the register and she was on supposed to price check. Absolutely Nightmare 💯

Nate provided excellent customer service in the yard helping us locate our plywood for our roof. He had a lot of demand from multiple customers and even other workers in the yard and was helping us all out while keeping a great attitude. Nicole at the service desk also gave great customer service and had a big smile on her face for all of the customers she was helping. Thank you both so much!

Good store and some good employees if you can get their attention. One moment I see many employees and the moment I need some help I couldn’t find anyone. When I did, she asked me “you can ask him” and referred me to someone else although she was with merchandise I was looking for. Check online to see if the store has what you need. Store is pretty well stocked else where.

Big, well-stocked, mostly easy to find, most employees friendly—not all. I don’t like the rebate stuff. It would be MUCH BETTER if they simply reduced the price at the register.
